The Tracks TV show, from its start in 1995 to 2013 and BEYOND, is reflected in these pages
Tracks 2007-2010
1– In January 2008 came Deodorant Commercial-Plus: Conversation techniques had not yet been taught for the semester, so these were quickly covered to suit Jordan and Abigail's commercial.
2- Life Alert Commercial: This was Jairo and Heber's second project for Tracks in just the third week of the semester. The knack for staging humor was already well established. (Project One is #3 on the Tracks home page.)
3- 2008 Volleyball, first conference win in 20 years: Jordan tracked down interviews for this first conference championship. This ends with a vball "photo essay" with a photo not befitting to a 2014 player with 5 kills, 35 assists, and 14 digs. A proper photo of Kara appears on the 2011 page.
4- Classic My Calculator: Jordan Ollis, a super athlete himself, could handily make this spoof of athletes and a YouTube video, substituting a calculator for a haircut.
5- Classic Terminator: Justin Jennings was meticulous in preparations for a project, and his technical mastery shows through from start to finish in this piece.
6- Classic Enraged One, Rogelio Najero (Heber's brother) directed and cast himself in this series that took place multiple afternoons after school.
7- ZOMBIES: Patrick Wiseman’s "How to escape a school Zombie attack".
8- Skateboarding: How to "appear" great, Brian Lieberman enlisted help from his fellow skateboarder to give some tips.
9- Star Wars 3 Don't jump to the end! (Star Wars 1 is on the home page.) Start with the first in the series. There is no Star Wars 2 as it was either lost in VHS Land or destroyed by the Evil Empire.
10- Build up to the Hair Relay for LIfe with a wall with donating heads of hairs, their prices, and some participants.
11- Dance Off 2010 Sidney and Danielle: These young ladies were very effective in getting partipants for their dance-off.
12-Dateless cure for 2010. Jairo cannot seem to get a date, so girls offer tips that he is anxious to follow.
13– School Safety: this was staged with student volunteers one Saturday to help local law enforcement strategize. (Currently "Unlisted" for potential security reasons.)
14- Greene's haircut and speech for Relay for Life assembly
15- Can Mr. Greene Food Drive to raise money.
16- Hard Being Greene: Kermit the Frog sings this lament, but Mr. Greene makes it seem easy.

Like all the other images on this Tracks site, the two shots directly below were originally made just for a video on the Tracks TV show. These two also made it onto 2009 Keepsake DVD but then were not transferred to the Shutterfly website in 2011. They were just rediscovered in a viewing on the DVD and captured only as still shots to be combined with other "scraps" to make "Final Words," the last video on the Keepsake page. Informed Tracks viewers from the time may recognize the esteemed Wally Weetlebottom (Richard Hall) interviewing Jason, the Olympic swimmer, at the 2008 Prom. The banana heads are just dressing out for Spirit Week in 2009.
( Behind the Scenes: The process of digitizing most of the movies from this and earlier sections came
from the 2008-2011 years of making a keepsake and graduation DVD during four summers.
This often meant converting from VHS tapes. Some quality videos were never
found or preserved. "Taco", the elder Underwood, was not student body
president or valedictorian, but he was an excellent artist and a tech
person extraordinaire that appeared on Tracks. Some snippets
of some strong producers survived, like that of Shane West
below, but others have not a trace. So, here's
a dedication to the strong work and
effort of Tracks contributors
throughout the 19 years
that made the Tracks
TV show work.)
